At ETQ Amsterdam, we offer a 14-day return period for all orders, ensuring your premium footwear meets your expectations. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original ETQ shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest designated carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
